Do you have a song that makes you emotional and yet so happy in a way that feels nostalgic and at peace? It is extremely hard to describe this feeling, but when you have it, it’s like having every emotion and feeling at the same time.
This song that when you hear it your whole body in a way feels lighter and a slight feel of timeliness all over. I am not sure if that is even a word but to put it in perspective, you know how if you lay on your arm, or your leg and it falls asleep? Once that numbness goes away and the sensation of ants flowing through your bloodstream singling your arm or leg to wake up. That is how the timeliness feeling feels.
This song makes you feel a sense of longing and yet at peace. It makes you want to cry but also laugh at the same time. Usually, you never seek out this song occasionally, it comes on and all those emotions and sensations take over.
That song for me is M83 – Wait.
I’d love to know what everyone else’s song is. That song that truly makes you feel everything at the same time. There doesn’t have to be a reason for it, just the feelings.
